Community Manager & Online Reputation
Understand everything!

Your questions, my answers!

1. What can a Community Manager bring to my tourist establishment?

A Community Manager doesn't just post on social media. They define a strategy, create content, engage your community, and promote your business to increase your visibility and encourage people to discover you. 👇

2. Who are Localiss's services aimed at?

Localiss primarily supports stakeholders in tourism, heritage and culture: tourist sites, castles, museums, accommodations, restaurants, events, associations and structures that contribute to the attractiveness of our territory.

3. Which social media platforms can you manage?

I primarily support you on Instagram and Facebook, from editorial strategy to the creation of posts, reals and stories, including the management of your community.

4. Do I have to provide the photos and videos myself?

Not necessarily. I can work from your existing content or travel to your location to take photos and videos directly. The goal is to have authentic content that truly reflects your establishment and its atmosphere.

5. Do you travel to create the content?

Yes. It's actually a key part of my approach. Discovering a place, understanding its history, and capturing its atmosphere allows me to create much more authentic content. I mainly travel around the Orne region and Normandy.

6. How much does it cost to hire a Community Manager?

Localiss offers several packages to suit your needs, publishing frequency, and desired level of support. Community Manager packages start at €420/month. One-off services and online reputation management are also available. You can find detailed information about each offer on the "My Pricing" page.

7. Am I obliged to commit for several months?

The duration of the support depends on the service chosen. Before any collaboration, we will define your needs, objectives, and the terms of the engagement together. Everything is clearly detailed in the quote and contract before we begin.

8. What is e-reputation and why is it important?

Your online reputation reflects your establishment's image on the internet: Google reviews, comments, ratings, and overall online presence. In the tourism industry, these elements can significantly influence a potential visitor's or customer's decision. Localiss can assist you in monitoring and managing this reputation.

9. Do you only work in the Orne region?

Orne is my preferred territory, but Localiss doesn't stop at the department's borders. I operate more broadly in Normandy, and some services can also be provided remotely.
